Septic System Inspections

​

The Real Estate and Banking Industry are now usually requiring the inspection of On-Site septic systems to evaluate the condition of the system. Many Home buyers that are not accustomed the septic systems and want to be educated about how the systems work and maintenance required for the best performance of the system. No one wants to purchase a home only to have the system fail and spend Thousands of dollars to repair the system.

Septic System Installation & Repair

We Install new residential septic systems while also repairing existing systems. The Septic system is a vital part of  your home to dispose of all your waste water in a safe and sanitary fashion.

Subsurface Wastewater  Operator

​

A Certified Wastewater Operator is required in the State of North Carolina for all Type 4 & 5 Septic Systems installed after 1995. The system has to be inspected and maintained for a designated frequency per year. Most of the systems here are Type 4a Low Pressure Systems which have to be inspected Two times per year. The system requires a Maintenance Contract.
